All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Options (Australia)
We ship all orders via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping (Parcel Post): 2–6 business days — $9.95
  • Express Shipping (Express Post): 1–3 business days — $14.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.


Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.


Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or peak periods.
We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
