All ready-to-ship orders (50 pre made) will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Preorder items require a 3–5 week production period before shipping. Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched immediately.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready.

For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

All orders include tracking, which will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delayed delivery.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If this occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence so we can assess the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Preorder purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Address details are provided directly by the customer, and we are unable to modify them once an order is placed.

If an incorrect or invalid address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer must contact us via email regarding their order. Once the returned package is received, we will process a refund for the order total excluding the original shipping fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
